Overview

An experienced and passionate Regional Director / Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales is sought to bring Pulumi's Infrastructure-as-Code solution to impactful Enterprise brands. This role will modernize infrastructure lifecycle management and platform engineering, enhancing productivity for software development teams.

In Short

  • Lead and expand a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Drive Enterprise business in the West Region of the U.S. and APAC.
  • Develop relationships with high-potential Pulumi Cloud customers.
  • Convert prospective customers from Pulumi OSS and self-serve communities.
  • Establish business value for executive buyers in organizations.
  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Demonstrate technical value to engineering end users.
  • Recruit and retain high-performing sales talent.
  • Implement and optimize sales processes.
  • Foster a culture of success within the team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Enterprise sales experience in software.
  • 3+ years as a first line sales leader.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong technical aptitude and learning ability.
  • Experience with SaaS products and consumption models.
  • Ability to drive customer engagements with executives.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Dynamic leadership skills.
  • Data-driven approach to forecasting sales.
  • Accountability for delivering against targets.
