Overview

The Compliance Assistant will manage jurisdictional and business licenses, respond to various requests, and provide support for contracts and compliance-related tasks.

In Short

  • Manage jurisdictional and business licenses.
  • Respond to vendor and customer setup requests.

  • Manage Certificates of Insurance within Salesforce.

  • Work in a remote environment within the PST time zone.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of business licensing experience.
  • Background as a legal secretary or legal assistant is beneficial.
  • College graduate preferred.
  • Willingness to become a notary public.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
