Overview

The Scheduling Administrator is responsible for managing the daily schedules for Field Technicians providing fire protection services, ensuring optimal scheduling and dispatch to meet customer obligations.

In Short

  • Coordinate and manage daily technician schedules.
  • Create and schedule service jobs using Field Service Management software.
  • Review daily reports for scheduling efficiency.
  • Field emergency service calls and reroute technicians as needed.
  • Ensure customer service standards are met through effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate customer and job information in software systems.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Flexible hybrid schedule after training completion.
  • Hourly pay based on skills and experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-year administrative experience.
  • Scheduling and/or dispatching experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of fire life safety or similar industries preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional etiquette.
  • Ability to perform additional duties as assigned.
