The Compliance Assistant Manager will support the European Compliance Department in ensuring that the company adheres to all EU and UK regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance and risk programs and policies
Conduct regular compliance monitoring and assessments
Monitor and analyse changes in regulations and industry standards
Prepare and submit compliance reports to the Board and regulatory bodies
Provide training and support to employees on compliance-related issues
Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints
Maintain accurate records of compliance activities
Collaborate with other departments for a cohesive approach to compliance
Assist in the management of the company Risk Register
Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a business or compliance related field
Understanding of regulatory requirements and payment industry standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Permission to work in Ireland
