Overview

BlueSnap is looking for an experienced IT Help Desk professional to join our growing global team in an R&D environment.

In Short

  • Provide 1st-level technical support to local and remote organization's internal users.
  • Ownership of all the organization's technical assets.
  • Respond to monitoring alerts and diagnose technical issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain on-premise and cloud components.
  • Carry out recurring IT procedures and tasks.
  • Manage tasks on computers, servers, and other systems.
  • Work closely with other teams and third-party vendors.
  • Write step-by-step guides.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Support/Help Desk.
  • Experience with Windows 10-11, macOS, Windows Servers.
  • Knowledge of endpoint applications and VPN clients.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
