Overview

The IT Helpdesk Engineer at Grammarly will ensure smooth IT operations and support events and large meetings, acting as the go-to person for IT in the Berlin hub.

In Short

  • Provide first-level IT support including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Manage events and large meetings, coordinating resources as necessary.
  • Maintain and manage IT assets including computers and AV equipment.
  • Support ZOOM rooms in person and remotely.
  • Assist with AV equipment installation and troubleshooting.
  • Document AV inventory and ensure equipment is in good condition.
  • Work closely with vendors for equipment repairs and maintenance.
  • Stay updated with IT and AV trends to recommend improvements.
  • Participate in planning future hub expansions across Europe.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in IT support and A/V equipment management.
  • Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong documentation skills.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
