Overview

The Helpdesk Engineer will be responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshooting network issues, and providing IT support to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or related IT field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant roles.
  • Experience with networking monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise Automate and Zabbix is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Active Directory.
