In Short

• Opportunity for a Compliance Consultant with a focus on regulatory compliance.
• Work from a home-based office, preferably in the Midwest.
• Conduct on-site and off-site regulatory compliance reviews.
• Maintain client relationships and provide support via Compliance Hotline.
• Compose articles for compliance publications.
• Assist in the growth of the Compliance Division.
• Collaborate with other consultants on compliance reviews.
• Must have access to a major airport for travel.
• 5-10 years of banking experience required.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and apply Federal banking regulations.
• Travel to customer locations when necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 3-5 years of compliance experience.
• Bank Secrecy Act experience is a plus.
