Legal Consultant - Compliance - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant - Compliance to work with our F100 clients.

In Short

• Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits to identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on compliance matters to internal stakeholders, including senior management.

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in legal, compliance or internal audit experience at an asset manager or other financial institution.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• English and Chinese.
