Legal Consultant - Compliance - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant - Compliance to join our bench and work with our F100 clients on a long term basis.

In Short

• Assisting in monitoring and advising on regulatory compliance matters relevant to a SFC entity
• Advising on entity and individual licensing and registration requirements
• Contributing to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and controls
• Supporting the preparation of license applications and regulatory filings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, law, business, or a related field
• Previous experience in compliance, regulatory matters, legal, audit or a related area preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese is required
• Team player with the ability to work independently and multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
