Overview

Prove is looking for a Sales Director to join our rapidly expanding sales organization. The ideal candidate will have previously sold into banking and financial services and have experience in the Identity, Authentication, Fintech or Security industries.

  • Independently build and manage your direct sales pipeline.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of how Prove solutions meet client needs.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand business needs.
  • Build relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Prepare prospect proposals and manage contracts.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize internal resources efficiently to drive sales.
  • Translate data study results into executive summaries.
  • Experience in high-growth/pre-IPO Technology companies.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of quota-carrying experience selling complex SaaS solutions.
  • Strong history of quota attainment.
  • Ability to communicate simply and articulately.
  • Desire to understand and communicate technology to prospects.
  • Understanding of the security ecosystem with a focus on Identity.
  • Strong prospecting and negotiating skills.
  • A self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.

  • Experience in high-growth Technology companies.
