Overview

The Enterprise Account Manager will focus on expanding relationships within our large enterprise accounts through a “land and expand” sales strategy. You will be responsible solely for driving new revenue opportunities across our established customers, while our Customer Success team manages day-to-day service and support.

In Short

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, nurture, and grow revenue opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with customer needs and our product roadmap.
  • Serve as the primary sales contact for assigned enterprise accounts, fostering long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Regularly engage with decision-makers to understand their evolving business challenges and position our solutions as strategic enablers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions that drive customer success and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain detailed account plans, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Lead negotiations for contract renewals and expansion deals.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Protex.AI’s computer vision software and how it integrates with CCTV systems.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in enterprise sales or account management, preferably within the technology or SaaS sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in a land and expand sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with senior-level executives.
  • Familiarity with computer vision, CCTV, or security technology is highly desirable.
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and articulate the value of complex solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
