Overview

The Hybrid Wholesaler works within the Executive Benefits sales organization, partnering with External Wholesaler(s) in targeted market segments to manage relationships and increase revenue.

In Short

  • Proactively contact distribution partners to strengthen relationships.
  • Utilize a solution-oriented approach to enhance customer experience.
  • Make prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide product education to distribution partners.
  • Execute follow-up to move sales opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Collaborate with External Wholesalers to maximize sales growth.
  • Maintain representative profile information on sales activity.
  • Adapt to the needs of the External Wholesalers and industry.
  • Travel throughout the continental US for meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • Prior life insurance or investment sales experience required.
  • Experience in executive benefits sales preferred.
  • Must be adaptable and flexible.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Detail-oriented, organized self-starter.
  • Ability to travel for meetings.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • FINRA SIE, Series 6, Series 63, and Life license required.
