Overview

The Dealer Development Manager is responsible for providing finance and insurance services for a network of dealerships in an assigned territory, maintaining and developing existing dealer relationships while acquiring new customer accounts.

  • Build and enhance relationships with key dealership personnel.

  • Navigate projects to completion through multi-department communication.
  • Travel 50-75% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of business-to-business sales experience in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Organized approach to problem-solving.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
