Development & Engagement Manager - Remote

Overview

The Development & Engagement Manager will oversee grant writing, funder communications, and donor cultivation for a national non-profit organization focused on climate advocacy.

In Short

• Write and submit grant proposals and reports.
• Prepare the CEO for meetings with funders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Familiarity with funder communications practices.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Diplomatic and tactful in all communications.
• Flexible and adaptive to manage changing priorities.
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Suites.
• Understanding of the funding landscape.
