• The Director of Development will write and submit grant proposals and reports.
• Prepare the CEO for high-impact meetings with funders.
• Develop and execute cultivation strategies for funders.

• Research new institutional prospects to diversify funding.
• Support cultivation and stewardship strategies for Major Donors.
• Maintain Only One's database of foundation funders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Fluency in funder communication practices.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage changing priorities.
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft Suites.
• Understanding of the funding landscape.
