Onboarding Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Onboarding Specialist will assist customers in the onboarding process, ensuring compliance and providing excellent service throughout the client lifecycle.

• Understand and relay the onboarding process to customers.
• Approve accounts and sign off on account openings.
• Determine customer accreditation status.
• Aid in account closings and issue resolution.
• Support all traded products and assist with team projects.
• Focus on continuous process improvement.
• Develop client relationships and provide first-class service.
• Analyze and improve processes to reduce risk.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders for timely issue resolution.
• Maintain client records and share feedback across functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of onboarding experience.
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
• Extensive client relationship support experience.
• Knowledge of brokerage/financial services and compliance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivation and prioritization skills.
• SIE or 63 & Series 7 required, Series 99 or 24 preferred.
