Product Manager (Financial Services) - Remote

Overview

The Product Manager will oversee the development of correspondent clearing platform features and broker-dealer onboarding solutions, working closely with various stakeholders and teams to ensure successful product delivery.

• Accountable for developing correspondent clearing platform features.
• Partner with stakeholders to create Business and Product Requirements documents.
• Manage the full product life cycle from conceptualization to launch.
• Assist in the development of products and roadmaps.
• Participate in SAFe PI Planning and manage business requirements.
• Document requirements in Jira/Confluence.
• Coordinate with broker-dealers and regulatory vendors.
• Respond to product-related inquiries from internal and external audiences.
• Create technical content for clearing platforms.
• Define metrics to assess product success.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technical program delivery.
• Experience launching correspondent clearing platforms in FinTech.
• Understanding of SDLC and web-application technologies.
• Experience with correspondent clearing operations.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (FINRA, SEC, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with broker-dealer relationships.
• Technical writing experience in clearing operations.
• Understanding of margin requirements and risk management.
• Experience with broker-dealer onboarding workflows.
