In Short

  • Fully remote position (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM CST.
  • Responsible for outbound outreach to potential clients via cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Goal is to set qualified appointments through strategic outbound efforts.
  • Conduct cold calls to introduce services and value propositions.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Manage provided contact lists and maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Adapt quickly to new selling techniques and maintain a hustler mentality.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales development or lead generation.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and proficiency in outbound sales tactics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role.
  • Experience selling to HR teams or in the HR tech industry is preferable.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in email sequences and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Ability to qualify leads effectively.
  • Highly motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
