In Short

• Act as a License Management expert in Software Asset Management activities and advise on the suitability of licensing structures.
• Perform daily license reviews for Progress customers to ensure compliance.
• Take ownership and drive the resolution of any identified issues.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of collected data.
• Analyze and interpret software licensing agreements.
• Develop and maintain a high level of understanding of the products and their licensing terms.
• Work on multiple license management-related projects as required.
• Generate ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with other internal departments.

Requirements

• University degree (or equivalent) – preferably related to information technology.
• Software background and knowledge of Object-oriented programming languages.
• Pre-sales experience in a software company is an advantage.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused experience with excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of Client Operating Systems and Network Operating Systems.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent research skills and ability to resolve complex problems.
• Experience in dealing with customer contracts is preferred.
