Overview

As an Inside Account Manager at Progress, you will work hybrid between your home office and our office in Belen, Costa Rica, servicing Financial Services customers and managing their accounts while generating new business.

In Short

  • Own strategic and tactical components for assigned accounts.
  • Understand use cases and sell to micro accounts in Financial Services.
  • Apply understanding of ShareFile products and sales methodologies.
  • Lead customer engagement programs and support customer-specific content solutions.
  • Cooperate with internal resources for onboarding and adoption strategies.
  • Invest time in learning prospecting techniques and closing sales.
  • Develop relationships with existing customers and focus on new product sales.
  • Provide accurate opportunity forecasting for annual recurring revenue.

Requirements

  • University Degree and minimum 2 years of relevant SaaS B2B sales experience.
  • Experience with Customer Success teams and project management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with C-level contacts preferred.
  • Proven track record in high-tech sales environments.
