Overview

As an Inside Account Manager at LeasingMarkt.de, you will support the development of the largest marketplace for leasing vehicles, focusing on maintaining relationships with existing partners.

In Short

  • Responsible for revenue development of your account pool (dealers).
  • Active support of existing customers in the sales department.
  • Building long-term customer relationship management based on individual and solution-oriented dealer advice.
  • Telephone consultation and support for relevant decision-makers.
  • Continuous optimization of your customer portfolio through individual campaigns and performance management.
  • Providing recommendations based on self-conducted market and competitive analyses.
  • Continuous collaboration with the external sales team.
  • Documentation of all relevant activities in the CRM system.
  • Implementation of sales policies and contributing to achieving the set quantitative and qualitative goals.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or comparable relevant professional experience in B2B Inside Sales / Account Management.
  • Enjoyment of phone communication and ability to engage people with your voice.
  • High affinity for individual and strategic long-term customer relationship management.
  • Confidence in dealing with partners at the decision-maker level.
  • Experience in handling CRM tools.
  • High affinity for the automotive industry or relevant industry experience.
  • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style.
  • Very good German language skills.
  • Commitment to achieving KPIs and contributing to revenue goals.
  • Team player with enthusiasm, ambition, and commitment to a common goal.
