The Account Manager Inside Sales position at Arrow ECS focuses on providing IT products and solutions to resellers, emphasizing strong customer relationships and sales development.

In Short

  • Act as the main contact for resellers in the Inside Sales team.
  • Manage and develop partner relationships with proactive communication.
  • Handle sales and ensure smooth processing of IT products and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the manufacturer's Account Management team.
  • Create and track tailored offers for partners.
  • Engage in price negotiations in collaboration with Key Account Management.
  • Maintain project details in the CRM system.
  • Possess at least 3 years of Inside Sales experience, preferably in IT.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales.
  • Proven success in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Strong interest and understanding of IT products.
  • High self-motivation and result-oriented work style.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Knowledge of VMware is an advantage.
  • Fluent in German and good command of English.
