Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Progress, you will be responsible for post-sales activity for our most strategic customers, ensuring they achieve their desired business outcomes and build strong relationships.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of customers to drive business value.
  • Act as a strategic partner to align product features with customer needs.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and communicate the Progress Roadmap.
  • Collaborate with account teams for optimal customer experience.
  • Hold quarterly account reviews and implement engagement strategies.
  • Develop metrics and best practices for customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success with complex organizations.
  • Fluent in German; Italian is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in software or SaaS customer management.
  • Familiarity with Gainsight and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with executives.
  • Certifications in customer success or project management are a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
