Overview

The Customer Success Manager will work in the iPaaS industry, focusing on customer engagement, onboarding, and ensuring renewals align with customer needs and company objectives.

In Short

  • Engage with customers to ensure successful onboarding and usage of the platform.
  • Drive and negotiate customer renewals in a timely manner.
  • Track key renewal metrics to align with retention and revenue goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline workflows.
  • Provide insights to mitigate renewal risks based on customer data.
  • Communicate effectively the company’s value proposition to customers.
  • Document customer journeys and account health.
  • Handle escalations and ensure customer priorities are met.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account strategies.
  • Familiarize quickly with company processes and tools.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer success roles.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong negotiation and proposal preparation skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a high-visibility environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM and iPaaS platforms is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Additional languages like Italian are desirable.
