Provider Data & Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

The LTSS Provider Data & Operations Analyst will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and optimization of provider data that powers the Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) network, impacting provider onboarding and support.

In Short

• Analyze LTSS provider data to track performance.
• Conduct regular audits to identify data discrepancies.
• Build dashboards and visual tools for decision-making.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for LTSS provider data.
• Partner with leadership to resolve provider data issues.
• Maintain alignment across systems to prevent conflicts.
• Manage provider data tickets from the LTSS team.
• Collaborate to improve provider data workflows.
• Align policies with Provider Data Solutions teams.
• Lead provider data review meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in data management or healthcare operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL, Tableau.
• Understanding of LTSS programs and regulations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
