Senior Analyst, Provider Data Operations - Remote

Overview

The Senior Analyst works to solve complex issues or concerns impacting our provider data through end to end roster processing. Positively impact provider experiences and member outcomes by ensuring provider data is maintained consistently and managing critical/complex data escalations to resolution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare and/or operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience analyzing datasets and troubleshooting data issues.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end process impact.
• Experience with inventory management queues.
