Senior Counsel, Compliance and Litigation - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Counsel, Compliance and Litigation to join Procore’s Legal, Regulatory, & Compliance (“LRC”) Department. In this role, you will serve as legal advisor on commercial legal matters, provide practical legal solutions that manage risk, foster a culture of ethical business conduct, and protect the company’s brand over the long term. You’ll be part of a collegial environment where you will work as a trusted legal advisor serving as a key member of various cross-functional project teams. The ideal candidate will possess the skills needed to drive process improvement through training on best practices, creating toolkits, and implementing other effective solutions that can be scaled to achieve broad impact and sustainability.

• Work closely with LRC team members and business partners to manage legal risks.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active state bar membership.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial litigation and in-house counsel.
• Expertise in legal risks for SaaS and technology industries.
• Experience managing disputes and drafting legal documents.
• Experience developing corporate policies and compliance programs.
• Highly agile and results-oriented self-starter.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
