In Short

• Provide legal advice on regulatory and healthcare compliance matters.
• Manage disputes and litigation.
• Support Human Resources on employment matters.
• Advise on marketing and scientific exchange strategies.
• Review advertising and promotional materials.
• Handle subpoenas and administrative investigations.
• Draft and negotiate HR-related agreements.
• Communicate risk and strategy to business partners.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and trends.
• Coordinate with affiliates for consistency.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from a recognized law school.
• Admitted to practice in the U.S.
• 5+ years of experience in health law or litigation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience in coordinating across teams.
