Overview

Coinbase is seeking an experienced litigation counsel to manage strategic litigation and commercial disputes in a fast-paced environment focused on crypto and blockchain technology.

In Short

• Manage a fast-paced docket of commercial litigation.
• Develop and execute Coinbase’s litigation strategy.
• Track and investigate disputes for Coinbase.
• Draft and file pleadings and briefs.
• Engage and manage outside counsel.
• Collaborate with the legal team.

Requirements

• At least eight years of litigation experience.
• Experience in commercial litigation.
• Experience with digital assets and financial services.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent judgment and analytical skills.
• Team player with a willingness to tackle various tasks.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Basic understanding of litigation developments in the crypto industry.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Member of a US state bar in good standing.
