Recruitment Coordinator (Contract Assignment) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join Procore’s Talent Acquisition Department on a temporary contract basis. In this role, you’ll help facilitate a seamless interview process for candidates.

In Short

• Manage candidate’s interview experience across multiple time zones.
• Ensure candidates are prepared with the most up-to-date details.
• Distribute pertinent information to the hiring team.
• Develop a strong partnership with our Recruiters.
• Leverage Procore’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for an efficient interview process.
• Support special projects as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role.
• Respect for confidential information.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Genuine curiosity about people and technology.
• Intrinsic drive for success.
• Team-oriented and optimistic nature.
• Experience using scheduling software (GoodTime preferred).
• Experience with an ATS (SmartRecruiters preferred).
