Overview

We’re looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join Procore’s Sales Team, focusing on acquiring new strategic mid-sized customers for Procore’s project management tool in the construction industry.

In Short

  • Develop territory and account plans for new prospects.
  • Research accounts and generate interest to close new logo business.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Development Representatives and Solutions Engineers.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and sales activity reports.
  • Pursue knowledge of competitors to communicate value propositions.
  • Manage leads and account information within Salesforce.com.
  • Engage in networking, cold calling, and product demonstrations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful software sales experience, preferably B2B.
  • Experience with consultative, solution-based sales methodology.
  • Proven record in inside and/or outside sales.
  • Effective communication skills via phone and email.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proven ability to build and manage pipeline and forecasting.
