Overview

As Vice President of Sales, you will lead PHM’s sales organization, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong desire to lead by example and be on the front lines with clients and prospects.

  • Lead PHM’s sales organization and drive corporate sales strategy.
  • Close substantial new business leveraging existing pipeline.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy.
  • Personally lead prospecting and closing efforts with key accounts.
  • Recruit and scale a high-performing sales team.
  • Implement disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, and Product leadership.
  • Represent PHM at industry events and client meetings.
  • Drive new client acquisition through active engagement.
  • Review and refine sales processes and metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Leadership experience in startups or growth-stage companies.
  • Hands-on approach to sales and leadership.
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale deals.
  • Track record of closing significant business quickly.
  • Ability to recruit and mentor entrepreneurial sales teams.
  • Strong process discipline and pipeline management skills.
  • Exclusions: Background limited to large enterprise environments is not a fit.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $190,000–$220,000 with performance-based incentives.
  • Expected OTE of approximately $400,000.
