Overview

The Account Executive serves as the primary relationship manager for multiple accounts in an assigned market segment, working directly with groups to optimize pharmacy spend through Prime's products and services.

  • Manage the end-to-end RFP process for renewing groups.
  • Document interactions and input data into Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client interests.
  • Understand healthcare industry trends and challenges.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
  • 5 years of client service experience, including 2 years in sales/account management.
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly pharmacy benefits.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to develop effective selling strategies.
  • Experience in a matrixed team environment.
