• Seeking a committed Legal Counsel with a focus on Commercial Contracts.
• Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, especially in wage creation, raw material, and supplier contracts.
• Manage and negotiate B2B/Retail contracts, procurement, and supply chain management.
• Develop and maintain an effective contract management system.
• Support with NDAs and other contract types like influencer and cooperation agreements.
• Must have a degree in business law or LL.M., ideally a fully qualified lawyer.
• Requires at least 3 years of experience in Commercial Contracts.
• Proficient in legal software and SharePoint, familiar with digital tools like Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Flexible working hours in a remote-first company.

Requirements

• Degree in business law or LL.M., preferably fully qualified lawyer.
• At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Contracts.
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation in various sectors.
• Proficient in legal software and SharePoint.
• Familiar with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack.
• Experience in commercial law or media law is a plus.
• Fluent in English communication.
