Overview

As an Operations Finance Manager at Glow25, you will build modern controlling for our supply chain and act as a business partner for the operations management team.

• Take responsibility for inventory valuation and continuously develop inventory controlling.
• Build transparency over stocks, goods movements, and their financial impact.
• Act as a business partner for operations, supply chain, and procurement.
• Support budget planning, forecasts, and operational financial planning.
• Build dashboards, reporting structures, and KPIs.
• Create business cases for operational decisions.
• Identify cost and working capital optimization potentials.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration, finance, supply chain management, or a comparable field.
• Experience in controlling, operations finance, supply chain analytics, or consulting.
• Understanding of inventory, cost structures, or operational KPIs is a plus.
• Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach.
• Structured and independent working style.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or financial systems is advantageous.
• Interest in data analysis, reporting, and developing meaningful KPIs.
