In Short

• Act as a business partner for departments, sharpening priorities and moderating trade-offs.
• Develop focused roadmaps for recruiting, onboarding, development, performance, capacity, and KPIs.
• Define top KPI sets and manage analytics and planning.
• Deliver prioritized initiatives with clear scopes, milestones, and risks.
• Clarify operating models and governance structures.
• Create executive readouts with decision slides and recommendations.

Requirements

• 6+ years in People Strategy, HRBP, Org Design, People Analytics, or FP&A in growth environments.
• Proven track record of delivering and scaling initiatives.
• Strong skills in structure, storylining, prioritization, and saying 'no'.
• Proficient with HR systems and BI thinking.
• Degree in Business, Business Informatics, Data/Business Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or HR/Work Sciences with a quantitative focus.
