As a Team Lead Controlling & Reporting, you will be responsible for the cost side of the profit and loss statement, leading the controlling team, and building a scalable, data-driven management function.

In Short

• Lead the controlling team and manage the cost side of the P&L.
• Develop and implement budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Drive the Fast Close process to ensure timely availability of financial data.
• Enhance BI tools and dashboards for transparent cost metrics.
• Act as a mentor and guide for team members to foster their growth.
• Collaborate closely with department heads on cost-related issues.
• Translate complex financial figures into actionable insights.
• Ensure a structured approach to financial planning and analysis.
• Encourage a culture of accountability and initiative within the team.
• Work in a supportive environment focused on personal and professional development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance or Controlling.
• Several years of experience in controlling or FP&A, preferably in a growth-oriented or e-commerce environment.
• Experience in leading teams, both functionally and disciplinarily.
• Strong understanding of P&L, cost structures, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficient in Excel for structured data preparation.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Fluent in German (C1) and at least B2 in English.
