Requirements

• 6+ years in People Strategy, HRBP, Organizational Design, or People Analytics.
• Proven experience in scaling from 0 to 1, with strong structuring and prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with HR systems and business intelligence.
• Degree in Business Administration, Data/Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
