Customers simply enter an objective in natural language, and Averi orchestrates a blend of specialized AI agents and vetted human experts to deliver measurable, on-brand results faster than traditional teams.

In Short

• Support in developing marketing and growth strategies aligned with client objectives
• Conduct research on audience segments, competitors, and market trends
• Help shape brand messaging, positioning, and campaign narratives
• Contribute to GTM plans and cross-channel strategies (paid, owned, earned, organic)
• Assist in building frameworks, presentations, and performance reports
• Collaborate closely with senior strategists, marketing experts, and Averi’s AI workspace tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or strategy roles
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Curiosity about how marketing strategy connects to execution and outcomes
• Comfort collaborating across different marketing functions (creative, data, paid, social, etc.)
• Clear communicator who loves turning insights into ideas and ideas into action
• Bonus: experience with startup, agency, or cross-functional project environments
