Manager, Strategic Operations Finance (Inbound Supply Chain) - Remote

Overview

The Strategic Operations Finance (SOF) team is seeking a Manager to lead financial support to the CastleGate Forwarding (CGF) team. This person will own the team responsible for monitoring, analysis and optimization of financial metrics and business growth to support the rapidly expanding CastleGate Forwarding business.

In Short

• Serve as mini-CFO of Wayfair’s CastleGate Forwarding organization.
• Lead financial forecasting process based on key business drivers.
• Translate high-level business problems into specific questions for data analysis.
• Develop reporting metrics and present data insights.
• Partner with business stakeholders for financial forecasts and business decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, operations, or strategy.
• Experience managing or supporting junior team members.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L.
• Proven track record of driving results.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to drive complex projects to completion.
• High proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel, and SQL.
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields preferred.
