The Inbound Operations Supervisor is a people leader responsible for overseeing the execution of receiving freight and stocking activities, ensuring operational efficiency and team engagement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a distribution center.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift/move heavy items (up to 60 lbs).
• Forklift and pallet jack certification required.
• Preferred: 2+ years in a distribution center and managerial experience.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant tools.
• Customer-centric and data-driven mindset.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
