In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Collaborate with the Privacy team for data protection compliance.
• Advise on emerging AI regulations and compliant frameworks.
• Join customer calls to negotiate contracts and address legal queries.
• Conduct legal risk assessments and mitigate business risks.
• Support the development of data governance policies.
• Provide cross-functional legal support to various teams.
• Contribute to internal legal resources and training.
• Help establish agile, tech-enabled legal processes.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, commercial-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years PQE as a UK lawyer.
• Experience working in-house.
• Strong GDPR and data privacy knowledge.
• Experience with B2B commercial contracts.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
• Team player with a proactive approach.
• Methodical and professional work ethic.
• Desirable: Training from a top-tier law firm.
