Overview

The Vice President of Customer Success will own the vision, strategy, and execution of PrescriberPoint’s customer success function for pharmaceutical brand accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in customer success or related leadership roles.
  • 5+ years managing senior teams.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturers and agencies.
  • Proven success in scaling customer success functions.
  • SaaS or service-oriented background preferred.
  • Strong communicator with executive presence.
  • Ability to balance big-picture vision with operational execution.
  • Growth mindset with a focus on client-centered solutions.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
