Overview

As a CRM Administrator at Prepared, you’ll play a crucial role in building and optimizing our go-to-market (GTM) systems and infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

• Manage & optimize GTM systems, administer HubSpot, and integrate with tools like RevOps.io and Vitally.
• Implement workflows for marketing operations to track campaigns and lead attribution.
• Maintain clean and consistent CRM data for reliable reporting.
• Design and implement process automation to improve efficiency.
• Assist in pricing and deal workflows to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure GTM teams have access to accurate reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Strong HubSpot administration skills and experience integrating GTM tools.
• Familiarity with deal desk and CRM architecture.
• Analytical mindset with understanding of pipeline metrics.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally to drive improvements.
• Ability to build scalable systems and automate processes.
