Junior CRM Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Junior CRM Administrator will lead the development, testing, maintenance, and optimization of our CRM system, focusing on dialer integration for call center operations.

In Short

• Configure and maintain CRM systems, including custom workflows and dashboards.
• Manage SaaS dialer solutions for smooth operation and integration.
• Develop SQL queries and JavaScript code for data management.
• Design and manage analytical reports for actionable insights.
• Oversee pre-and post-deployment testing and troubleshooting.
• Develop and demo new features for internal teams.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize CRM processes.
• Enable new CRM features and deploy additional functionality.
• Proactively troubleshoot complex platform issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in CRM configuration and administration.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL.
• 4+ years of JavaScript coding experience.
• Experience with ETL profiling and data loading.
• Familiarity with Data Warehouse and OLAP technologies.
• 4+ years managing SaaS Dialer solutions.
• 2+ years in custom API development for CRM.
• Hands-on experience with complex CRM deployments.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
