In Short

  • Hiring a Director, Business Development to identify and close business opportunities.
  • Work with a dynamic team in drug research and development.

  • Develop and enhance client relationships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Lab Operations.
  • Qualify leads and support proposal crafting.
  • Close new business and expand existing relationships.
  • Travel required up to 35% for conferences and meetings.
  • Maintain contacts using SalesForce.com.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of related sales experience; or Master’s Degree and 2 years; or PhD and 0-1 years.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Team player with collaborative skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management.
  • Self-directed and motivated to work at a technical level.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Fluent in English.
