  • Manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Educate team members on processes and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist in maintaining the SocialBridge platform.
  • Route projects and ensure quality control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar field.
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience in an agency setting.
  • Experience in supporting project management or marketing teams.
  • Working knowledge of timeline/schedule development preferred.
