Overview

The Vice President (VP) is responsible for the growth and development of HEOR services and talent as part of the core leadership team. The VP creates new business, cultivates key client relationships, and finds opportunities to improve and grow current business.

In Short

  • Actively participate in and contribute to the senior leadership of the business including setting business strategy.
  • Collaborate across multiple business units on business strategy and execution.
  • Provide leadership and direction as part of the core HEOR leadership team.
  • Coordinate prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery for HEOR projects.
  • Contribute to business growth within existing HEOR services.
  • Achieve revenue and sales targets through direct client engagement.
  • Build new business opportunities and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Manage multiple assigned accounts simultaneously.
  • Identify, develop and retain talent within the HEOR team.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop staff.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree - PharmD, MD, or PhD.
  • 10+ years experience in high-impact HEOR publications and business development.
  • Broad technical knowledge of outcomes research and health economics.
  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and payer evidence requirements.
  • Strong strategic and technical writing skills.
  • Successful history meeting deadlines while working on multiple projects.
  • May require travel domestically and/or internationally.
