Overview

As a Group Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing multimillion dollar book of business and for management of associated account team(s). This position is remote.

In Short

  • Manage and grow multimillion dollar book of business.
  • Provide strategic consultation to internal and external teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level clients.
  • Supervise and mentor account team members.
  • Accountable for financial management and growth of assigned accounts.
  • Participate in business development initiatives.
  • Ensure team has necessary resources for success.
  • Communicate clear goals and provide feedback to team members.
  • Expand agency opportunities across client departments.
  • Lead agency understanding of financial implications regarding accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 10 years of pharma/healthcare agency experience.
  • May require travel domestically including overnight stays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
